This cherry beauty belongs to Mercury Charlie—a living legend in Austin’s hot rod scene—and when she rolled down South Congress during Lone Star Round Up, every head turned. SoCo’s always been equal parts shopping strip and cruising boulevard, but on warm Texas evenings when the classics come out to play, it transforms into rolling theater.
